Terms and Conditons

1. Foreword
   1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Just Escape Austria govern the use of the services of Michael Prantl.
   1.2 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all customers and persons who book a room with us and make use of our services. As soon as you enter our premises, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
   1.3 If you do not agree to the General Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to participate in the game.
   General Information
   2.1 Just Escape Austria operates room systems in which participants can be locked in. They try to leave the room within 90 minutes with the help of clues hidden in the rooms.
   2.2 The game must be played in a group of at least 2 to a maximum of 7 people.
   2.3 You must be at least 14 years old to enter the premises. Young people who have not yet reached the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or bring a simple declaration of consent from a parent or guardian.
   2.4 Just Escape Austria provides customers with a service in the form of a game.
   Terms of use
   3.1 Participants agree that they use our rooms at their own risk. Just Escape Austria accepts no liability for damage to health or material damage resulting from disregard of the rules or negligence on the part of the user.
   3.2 You agree to pay us the official price shown on our website immediately before participating in the game or immediately after receiving an invoice. Discount offers and/or vouchers can only be taken into account if they are announced BEFORE the game.
   3.3 Users agree that they will treat our rooms, objects and equipment with care. Should this not be the case, we reserve the right to charge the participant for damages and to terminate the game. Just Escape Austria may also demand compensation for willful destruction or improper use of objects that lead to breakage or damage, which must be paid directly on site.
   3.4 Participants confirm that they will only take part in the game if they feel mentally and physically fit to do so.
   3.5 Just Escape Austria reserves the right to prohibit customers from participating in the game if, in the opinion of our staff, they are unable to complete the game.
   3.6 Customers under the influence of drugs, alcohol or strong medication are prohibited from participating in the game and entering our premises.
   3.7 The instructions of our staff must be followed. If we determine that this is not the case, we may terminate the game. Reimbursement of costs is excluded.
   3.8 The use of cell phones or other technical devices is prohibited during the game. These will be handed in before the start of the game and stored safely. At the end of the game they will be handed back to you untouched. We accept no liability for damage.
   3.9 For bookings with vouchers, only ONE voucher can be used per game and group.
   3.10 Magnetic fields may occur in our rooms due to the magnets used. This is particularly important for people with pacemakers. Just Escape Austria also accepts no liability for telephones, credit cards and the like.
   3.11 To make a booking, participants undertake to provide us with the necessary contact details. These contact details, as well as the video recordings made in the individual rooms, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties.
   3.12 The vouchers from Just Escape Austria remain valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Vouchers with an issue date are also valid in the new room “Die Krönung” in Fügen, but the difference must be paid on site.
   3.13 Vouchers from Just Escape Zillertal (in Fügen in the Zillertal) are not valid for the rooms in Hall and vice versa.
   3.14 Just Escape Zillertal in Fügen is merely a franchise. The logo and intellectual property belongs to Just Escape Austria, but acts as a separate company.
   3.15 Legal disputes with Just Escape Zillertal have nothing to do with Just Escape Austria.
   3.16 Vouchers ordered via the homepage will be sent by post as soon as possible, but only if payment has been made (by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer).
   Discount claims (TILAK, military, etc.) and vouchers can only be accepted if they are communicated to the game manager BEFORE the game.
   Cancellation and rebooking
   4.1 If you do not show up on the booked date, you will be charged the full amount.
   4.2 We ask you to rebook or cancel as early as possible.
   4.3 Cancellation of your booking is possible free of charge up to 72 hours before the booked period.
   4.4 If you cancel your booking 72 hours – 24 hours before the booked period, we will have to charge you a processing fee of 25€.
   4.5 Cancellation is only possible up to 24 hours before the appointment, after that the full game price is due and will be charged.
   Contract
   5.1 As soon as you have been allocated an appointment, a binding contract is created between you and us.
   Confidentiality obligation
   6.1 Customers undertake not to share any information, concepts, tasks, game elements, puzzles, equipment, game sequences, solutions and other information with third parties. The recording of photos and videos is prohibited on our premises.
   7.1 TAG X is a scavenger hunt for home use, which is printed out by the customer at home.
   7.2 Just Escape Austria will send all necessary documents to the customer by email after receiving the order and payment.
   7.3 Incorrect spelling of the recipient’s name will NOT be corrected by us and there is no entitlement to the product being sent again. If the mistake is ours, we will of course correct it immediately and send a new copy.
   7.4 TAG X is the property of Just Escape Austria and may not be forwarded, uploaded to the Internet or reproduced via other channels. Just Escape Austria reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and also to take legal action against it.
   7.5 Just Escape Austria will always try to send TAG X as promptly as possible. However, this may take up to several hours. But maximum 24 hours. This applies to working hours Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. It may take longer on Saturdays and Sundays.
   7.6 Once the product or file has been received, it is NOT possible to cancel the purchase. Once the product has been sent, the purchase price cannot be refunded.
   8.1 Association ESCAPE. Just Escape Austria has a special hint system during the game in our rooms. We are happy to provide assistance if necessary. However, it is expressly pointed out before the game that the donations for the ESCAPE association are all FREE. Nobody is forced to donate for tips.
   8.2 Every few months, Just Escape Austria will look for a social project in the area and donate the collected donations to it without bureaucracy.
   8.3 100% of the donations will then go to this project. Just Escape Austria does NOT retain any commission or other expenses.
